How to Make Common Pet Rock Household Items

So, do you need furniture and decor for your pet rocks home?

To make a good table, take a sheet of card and cut out the right size. Bend down two sides and stand on the ends. You now have a table.

To make a hot tub, take a small cardbord box and cut off one side and line the inside with tin foil and tape for water proof.

To make plates, cut out a paper square or circle and cover in tin foil to make it look shiny.

For pillows covers, folded paper towels with tape and draw on patterns with a permanent marker.

For chairs take a bit of cardboard and cover in duct tape. Fold it in half and staple the edge of the fold and let go of the chair. This holds on the the fold.

To make a couch fold cardboard in half and add paper towel padding.

To make a bed use a cardboard box and add paper towel mattress and pillows and a blanket.

Tips

  • If treated properly, these will last your pet rock a long time.
  • if you don't feel like making plates for your pet rock, if you have a little siblings take the thing that looks like a plate use that.
  • These are good for until you get around to making better furniture. Or if you want you could use these patterns, just use stronger materials. Replace paper towel with fabric, cardboard with wood, and so on.
